About
I’m an experienced self-employed carpenter and joiner with over 8 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial and bespoke projects.
My experience covers a wide range of work, from first-fix structural carpentry through to detailed finishing and bespoke joinery.
First-fix experience includes studwork, timber framing, floor joists and general structural carpentry.
Second-fix and joinery experience includes kitchens, fitted wardrobes, bespoke oak staircases, internal doors, media walls, alcove units, bespoke furniture and other detailed timber work.
I also have experience with external works including fencing, gates, fascias and soffits. I’m comfortable working independently or alongside other trades, managing work from preparation through to completion and solving practical problems on site.
I take particular pride in accuracy, workmanship and attention to detail, and have developed a broad practical skillset through years of working with timber, hand tools and power tools in a variety of environments.
While I remain open to carpentry and joinery opportunities, I’m also interested in applying my practical and timber-based skills in other environments, particularly heritage and traditional buildings, estates and property maintenance, canals, forestry, countryside and other outdoor practical roles.
Based in Greater Manchester and open to opportunities across the wider North West.
