Excellent communication and an expirenced crew that sorted out or old/leaky roof to a high standard. Minor issues we're quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Does what it says on the tin! Ben and Tom are old fashioned men of their word and will not be happy until your happy. The drone shots were excellent and identified defects in seconds.
