Do NOT use this trader, Maurice used the wrong colour render, a yellow finish as opposed to a white one as well as questionable finishing to the standard of rendering. The mess caused by his working was shocking and in an attempt to clean this off newly laid patio tiles (not laid by him) he caused irreparable damage to many of these by using a wire brush to clean this off!! Since this Maurice has refused to discuss by failing to turn up on site for a meeting and he has blocked my phone. I am now left with the prospect of having to completely redo the rendering as well as replacing over 30 brand new patio tiles at a cost far more than the original cost to have the rendering done as well replace damaged tiles. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ANY HEARTACHE, STRESS AND COST BY NOT USING MAURICE!!!!
