Matt came recommended to me by a trusted locksmith in Warwick as I needed some repair work done to my garden gate, shed and also some new wooden sleepers that had perished replaced. It was a bit of a bitty job so I feel extremely grateful to have found him. Contacted him and he responded quickly to give a quote which was very reasonable and job commenced as promised on time. The job actually took longer than expected due to additional work Matt encountered from neighbouring plants needed to be cut back before the sleepers could even be fitted. Fair to say some parts of this job were clearly not a carpenters issue but work was undertaken with no complaint. It’s very hard to find reliable tradesman and invariably jobs do not always go to plan but having someone fair and flexible is a big help ! Matt was a very competent skilled tradesman and a very tidy worker. Job created a lot of waste and mess which was tidied and taken away. I honestly was so pleased with the work and such a nice guy, a pleasure to have around and left the house unattended while he worked as felt very at ease which is always nice to know when people are in and around your home. It’s great that I found a carpenter through a locksmith and a credit to both of them to keep supporting local tradesman in Warwick who really are very skill full and super helpful and friendly while getting the job done , even if that means popping out for additional parts or the job taking longer than planned. Very pleased to have found Matt and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him , a rare find to have such a skilled carpenter on our doorstep in Wariwck.
