Absolutely disgusting he cancelled original day promised to come the next day even though I told him I was worried as having my floor put down the following day. But he reassured me he will be here . Now he can’t even answer his phone. And left me to try and get someone on a Sunday. Now I have to cancel my floor fitting

The job was done fast and Jack cleaned afterwards, however it wasn’t perfectly levelled and even we’ve had an agreement that he will come to do the floor laying next weekend he never returned to do it or answer my messages,
Polished Concrete
Jack Watson did a great job, damp proofing and levelling our new build floor. Very reliable. He contacted us when he said he would, turned up when he said he would, explained the job and answered our questions and any concerns we had. Also he made very little mess given the nature of the work and materials. Very fair price too.

On time ,professional,very efficient,completed the job very well.
