Matei E&MS was the only tradeperson to respond to my post, where others may not have deemed it worthwhile due to the nature of the work. I purposely posted my job in such a way to weed out the ones that would not want to take on a job like mine and work alongside me. Matei E&MS presented as highly professional, communicated well, understood the requirements and assisted where I was unsure. Matei E&MS executed the tasks and went above and beyond. Matei E&MS met all my needs and kept to time. My tenant rated Matei E&MS highly as they were comfortable with have the tradesperson in their home. I highly recommend Matei E&MS and would certainly be using them again to the point of recommending them to the neighbour and my management agent. Matei E&MS is everything I need under one umbrella. To the point that I no longer need the management agents who are longwinded and slow to communicate. Daniel and his mate worked thoroughly and in an unrushed manner. They completed all the tasks required and checked that I was happy with everything they had done and were doing. I trusted them completely and would recommend them to anyone. I would not hesitate to give them any work in the future.
