I honestly can’t recommend Mason & Turner highly enough. From the very first day through to completion, the whole experience was exceptional. Sean and Connor were professional, friendly, approachable and clearly take immense pride in their work. They transformed my garden with porcelain paving, and the finished result has exceeded all of my expectations. Communication was outstanding throughout. I was kept fully informed every step of the way, with regular updates on what they were doing, how long each stage would take, and what to expect next. During the recent heatwave, they explained that some parts of the job needed to be delayed slightly because completing them in extreme temperatures could cause problems later on. Rather than rushing to finish, they put quality first and took the time to explain exactly why they were waiting. That honesty and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that they were doing the job properly. Their workmanship is second to none. They never cut corners, never rushed, and their attention to detail was incredible. Everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and they left the site clean and tidy each day. Having contractors working at your home can sometimes feel daunting, but Sean and Connor quickly put us at ease. They were respectful of our property, reliable, hardworking and genuinely lovely people to have around. It was clear throughout that customer satisfaction mattered just as much to them as producing outstanding work. If you’re considering having your garden landscaped or porcelain slabs laid, don’t hesitate to book Mason & Turner.
