My name is Mark, I am English and a family man who has children so can understand the need for help getting difficult plumbing jobs done safely and efficiently as well as not charging through the roof. I am an honest and open plumber that works for myself, so no middleman costs. I dont expect anything less from my work than I would do for my own home or family. I am flexible in working times whether it be evenings or weekends to make life easier if needed.

    Mark Jenner did an initial job for me. Which was fine. With the additional job, I paid (£100) but cancelled almost immediately. I was promised a refund on 3rd Jan 2022. I am still waiting for this refund (as of May 2022), with several promises. He is now avoiding me and not responding to my phone calls or messages anymore. Very unprofessional behaviour.     Hi brigitte, as you explained the initial job you asked me to complete for you was to fix a toilet for a tenant of yours which we agreed a price that you were happy with, I went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed immediately as you said it was extremely urgent. The tenant was extremely happy as we're you. You asked me as an addition while I was there could I look at the boiler as the pressure had dropped and the heating was no longer working. Which I said I would be more than happy to fix even if it was temporarily (at no extra cost) and would come back in a few days to see how it was doing (again at no extra cost) I managed to get the heating going and remained in contact with the tenant to make sure they had hot water and heating as I was concerned it was early in the year and it may cause them troubles with the cold weather. Your tenant called me the next day, as did yourself to let me know the pressure had dropped again and there was no heating again, I came back again that day to fix the issue temporarily again at no extra cost as you didn't want to pay for me to come again but I was more concerned that the tenant had no heating and liased with her personally and arranged to get the heating going again for her. this is when I explained that there is obviously a leak somewhere which is causing the pressure to drop and that the next step would be to replace the radiator valves on all radiators as they were not working properly, you agreed on a price for Labour and costs I ordered the parts and let you know it would be a few days. The day the parts arrived I let yourself and the tenant know I was on my way there, only until I had arrived at the property and spoke to the tenant you called me to cancel with no explanation. I only charged you £100 for my time of 4 additional hours which consisted of visiting the property for the 3rd time (at no cost) and ordering the parts, my travel there and back, travel Costs and the time I had to deal with trying to get the money back for the parts which I had paid for at my own expense. In future I suggest that if you have agreed with an approved tradesman the price and cost of materials and then decide to cancel ,when they have provided everything at their own expense, that you agree that this is your own mistake and not the tradesmans and that they are infact the ones who have lost out on not only the work that they had factored in but also the wasted time on trying to reimburse themselves for the items ordered for the customer by themselves in the first place.     Mark was excellent, he fixed everything, my husband tried to replace our mixer tap in the kitchen & we ended up with no water, no heating & no tap for a week. Mark came & sorted everything . Message to Mark's boss you're lucky to have such a hard working member of staff, with excellent customer care skills & is excellent at what he does.

    I needed my old radiator replaced with a new towel radiator. Mark gave me different options and also sourced the radiator for me. The amount charged was very reasonable. The work was of a good standard and completed quickly.
