Replace Integrated Cooker Hood
Mark is the most helpful and genuine tradesman I have met. He went out of his way to resolve the issues with our cooker hood, in face he did such an amazing job that we did not need to replace the unit and we were able to get a full refund for the item bought. He was patient and well mannered and took time out of his day to finish the job which took longer then first anticipated. A true gentleman and I would so highly recommend him for any future work. Thank you so much Mark!
Repair Stiff Shower Diverter Valve
Mark was absolutely fantastic, replaced the shower diverter, was really lovely and professional throughout. Happy to have him back for any further work! 10/10 would highly recommend
Repair Leaking Concealed Toilet Cistern
Mark fixed the toilet leak and replaced the parts perfectly! He was very professional and tidy with the work. His communication was also respectful and he would let me know when he had a delay/had to reschedule. We agreed on a final price once he finished the job. I can recommend him.

Excellent work. Scheduling was tricky as he clearly a very busy man.
Small Kitchen Removal and Installation
Our job was for the strip out and installation of a kitchen for our disabled elderly mother, using pre-used units and appliances (some of which Mark collected from us). Also new water heater to replace old hot water tank and relocation of washing machine (good suggestions from Mark). Mark stripped out the old kitchen and fitted the new floor ready for installation. Good work. While the job wasn’t urgent and we agreed Mark could fit in around his other jobs, nothing happened for several weeks and he didn’t communicate his intentions. We asked him for a plan and he said he would collect the remaining units that week and install over the next fortnight. But he didn’t come, and didn’t get in touch. After a week we again asked for a plan, saying that it was not reasonable to leave us hanging with no communication and not keeping his promises. At which point he abandoned the job, telling us we’d better find someone else. He left our mother with no kitchen or even working water supply. He also didn’t supply the water heater that we paid him for. We do not recommend Mark.
