Mark gave us the quatation and ordered the tank for us. He came as soon as the tank arrived and has done the job. He gave us all the advises we asked for. He was caring and patient. Checked that everything was working well and tided up after himself. He is highly professional and sorting all the problems he comes across. I will use him again, if we need more work done in our house.

Mark was flexible, fit in with my time constraints, and added extra jobs last minute. He sorted my fire alarm and changed a toilet seat at nearly no notice. Mark perfectly toed the line between being friendly and professional, which made it comfortable to have him in my home. He did an excellent job and everything looks good as new. I highly recommend Mark!
