Small Kitchen Removal and Installation
Our job was for the strip out and installation of a kitchen for our disabled elderly mother, using pre-used units and appliances (some of which Mark collected from us). Also new water heater to replace old hot water tank and relocation of washing machine (good suggestions from Mark). Mark stripped out the old kitchen and fitted the new floor ready for installation. Good work. While the job wasn’t urgent and we agreed Mark could fit in around his other jobs, nothing happened for several weeks and he didn’t communicate his intentions. We asked him for a plan and he said he would collect the remaining units that week and install over the next fortnight. But he didn’t come, and didn’t get in touch. After a week we again asked for a plan, saying that it was not reasonable to leave us hanging with no communication and not keeping his promises. At which point he abandoned the job, telling us we’d better find someone else. He left our mother with no kitchen or even working water supply. He also didn’t supply the water heater that we paid him for. We do not recommend Mark.

Mark responded very quickly to my request and the work was soon done. He was very obliging. Friendly and knowledgeable about was needed for the job.

Mark came promptly to give me a quote in a very friendly, kind and helpful manner.. He later installed my dishwasher diligently and worked extremely hard despite the high temperature that day.. I will definitely use his services again and would certainly recommend him.... .
