Garden Cutting, Weeding, and Clearance
Quoted for cutting back of my garden including hedges, bramble bush, and ivy. Asked them to confirm the price three times over by text AND send an itemised invoice. Everything was agreed. Men turned up, did the weeding. Cut the internet cable to my house, and then after cutting the grass, prepared to leave. Pointed out the job wasn't done, they then did a half job of what I asked, after explaining what was left to do was too big a job for them to do, despite it being confirmed beforehand. I txt the original contact saying I wasn't happy with the work not being completed, they quoted me another £400 to just finish what they had originally agreed to do, I refused, and said between the work and the money i had to pay an engineer to fix my internet, I wasn't happy paying. Then after initially saying it was a miscommunication in house (why is that my fault?) they threatened me, which i have screenshots for, and also threatened to come back around and dump all the grass on my driveway.

Great service. They responded quickly and gave a competitive quote. On the day they were efficient and very tidy and did a great job. Will definitely use them again.
Trim And Tidy Conifer Hedges
Asked to top and tidy a couple of rows of conifers. Brilliant job well done! done. The guys turned up when they said they would, worked hard and tidied up after themselves. A neighbour saw the quality of their work and asked if they could do his conifers too. They took on that job there and then! I definitely recommend Maxdtreesurgeons! Cheers Lads!
Monthly Lawn Mowing for Large Garden
they came and cut grass and we agreed sum to cut hedges £40 but they left without doing hedges. when i contacted them about money they said they would do them next time but there was no next time, eventually told them i had got someone else to do garden and asked for my £40 back,i sent him my bank details but have since heard nothing, so basically took my money and kept it, typically what a thief does.
