Radiator Upgrade and Reorganisation
On the day I have contacted Mickey I explained to him that I am on a shared ownership and my lease requires the tradesperson to provide qualification and insurance. Mickey provided insurance on the spot and confirmed he had qualification. He came for a quote, I went ahead purchased the material and paid the deposit to him (£104). I have then asked for proof of qualification and he was unable to provide it. I have then asked him to refund me £84 and keep £20 for taking the time to come do the quote. He said he would but never refunded me. Unfortunately I would not recommend Mickey as he was unable to keep his word on both proof of qualification and on the refund.
Flat Roof and Flashing Repair
Mickey was terrific from start to finish. He contacted me promptly and then came on a site visit to quote for it. When the job started it was clear that it was going to be much more extensive than I'd first thought, but Mickey accommodated the extra work and materials and still kept the cost affordable. The end result is fantastic. We could not be happier with his work and wouldn't hesitate to contract him again.
