great if you have no issues. when the job was done it looked great, within a few months the gloss went yellow and started to peel, contacted Matt who came back, went over with another paint, this made the gloss white but didnt stop the peeling, the gloss would peel off like it was a plastic coating. contacted Matt who kept promising to come and sort it but never did, would arrange to come and do it but always had a last minute job come in on the day, had to constantly chase him, he would never contact me, which is frustrating as there was other work offered to him. in the end I had to get another decorator in who had to sand everything back and start again, so a year on and another decorator and the jobs done, could have done without the stress and extra expense
M A DecoratorsI understand this customers frustration but instead of been negative and also my honest reputable business.Ive explained to Matt I'll come back as soon as I'm not busy or arrange something when I'm around that area which I haven't been.Obvioulsly the paint I put on as had a reaction with whatever was on before on which I've never had a problem with all the years doing this.Ive explained time and time again I have to take time out of my busy schedule personal life to come and do extra work on which I don't have.Very uncalled for but am I surprised not really
