Alex was the true professional. Her cane as agreed only to find the toilet shattered. The new replacement came the next day and the following morning he came to fit if. He used extra bits and pieces to fit the toilet which he did, not charge for. He stuck to his agreed price despite the rigmarole he had done so it was only fair to pay him a little extra. Would recommend Alex to anyone. A first class job from a first class guy. G. Carlson. Hoylake.

Alex was quick to respond to an emergency. He completed the job quickly and to a high standard and didn't charge a fortune. He was polite and very neat We will definitely use again and have no problem recommending him to family and friends
