Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. Not only was the work not carried out to a good standard, some things agreed to were not done at all. Rubbish from the roof was thrown behind my garage, damage done to the wall inside my house on the staircase by a dehumidifier being taken upstairs. The dehumidifier was supposed to go in the loft. It only got as far as the bathroom where it remained all day and not in the loft as promised to remove any condensation. An extractor fan was meant to be replaced in the bathroom, this was not done. The old one was left there which was working previously and now is not working at all! Tiles were supposed to be replaced on the roof... was this done? As an 80 year old woman, I can't get up to check and it didn't appear on the invoice which I recieved AFTER I first raised my concerns with John, but was told it was done! Again I ask, was this done? Full payment of £2000 was "requested" and when I was asked if I do internet banking and I said no, John said I could go to the bank now which I refused to do. He then asked if I had a cheque so that he could recieve payment immedietly. Reluctantly I gave him a cheque and he had cashed the cheque in before I even had a chance to think 'I should have had an invoice first'. As stated previously, it was only after he cashed the cheque and I called and called John, that I received an invoice, not prior to the work being done. The work he did do was carried out on the 12th February and I still have not received a receipt or guarantee for the work carried out. Also as promised by John! The countless efforts I have made to contact you have been ignored, text messages and emails have been ignored. How are the faults meant to be rectified if you refuse to contact me. I would not recommend this company. They have caused me nothing but grief and if it was possible to give a zero star rating I would!!!!!!!!!!

Roof Repair
John was extremely professional, quote visit was prompt and he took pictures and videos of the roof areas so I could see what the issue was and what needed repairing. The work was completed on time and explained thoroughly, can’t fault anything with the quality of work and customer service

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
He successfully completed the task in just two hours, demonstrating efficiency and politeness. However, a suggestion for improvement would be to communicate whether the leaves, mud, and dirt will be taken away or left in the rubbish bin, and if left, to consider using a refuse bag for the convenience of the client.

Good company hired them for new guttering and to fix broken tiles on roof! Tidiness 8/10 Workmanship 10/10 Courteous 10/10 Would definitely consider using again!
