Do not touch. Stupidly paid cash for roof leak repair, with promise of guarantee and invoice to be emailed. Not received. Roof still leaks, failed to re-attend on 4 agreed appointments. On employing a different roofer to fix, evidence of what they had done was almost unbelievable. Photos available.

General Maintenance
This firm provided work which when surveyed proved to be of inferior standard and needs to be replaced. The opinion has been given that I was grossly overcharged for the additional roofing work they did. Did not turn up as promised with the receipt and guarantee after paymnt despite reminders and I find I can no longer contact them

Low cost homeimprovementsApologies for inconvenience I think it’s a little harsh to give us one star as we have done you good work and we have you a invoice with the job and I presume nothing is wrong we have recently change our contact details but you could of got hold of us either by email with our business card that was given to you or on the invoice or you can simply contact us as you did on this platform

This company grossly overcharged me for the work carried out. I intend to have another company check what they did and tell me the cost they would have charged. I requested a partial refund but my messages have been ignored so I am now looking into going down the legal route to sort this matter out.

Problem of the water leak was not resolved after the job done. The leak get worse, was only in the bathroom, after they finish the work the water leak was all over the house. They came twice , they couldn't fix the problem, they are blaming the weather and my roof. I had survey to their job it says The workmanship is extremely poor on all accounts. They put expanding foam between the roof tiles which created gaps where water was leaking all over the house. They are unexperienced builders, cheap work, expensive charges, poor work standard.
