Repair Faulty Saniflow Macerator Pump
I am writing this review to warn other potential customers about the fraudulent behavior of London Maintenance. I booked them for an urgent Saniflo installation to restore access to a working bathroom for my tenant . They charged a £240 deposit up front. The job was initially scheduled for 10/07/2026 and then rescheduled to 11/07/2026. On the day of the rescheduled job, no one turned up. I called to get an arrival time and was promised a call back—which never happened. Despite waiting until 10:00 PM and giving them a final deadline to complete the work, they completely ignored all communications. This company is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and operates fraudulently by taking money for services they have no intention of delivering. Beware and avoid at all costs.
