Replace Radiator With Towel Rail
I Had an issue with the actual radiator that I purchased from Screwfix. The Plummer tried for nearly 8hrs to support and sort the issue. Refused payment until the job was fully complete. I had to order new radiator and fittings from Screwfix then the Plummer came back and completed the job in 30mins as the parts had no defects this time. The price I paid was for a two hour booking which took 8hrs 30mins in total. I would recommend him to everyone in south london. Fantastic service and fantastic customer support. I will be booking in for all my future works.

Replace Cracked Bath Tub
Very disappointed. He drilled a hole in our brand new bath. He then replaced it out of his own pocket however there were multiple further mistakes which we left us feeling very stressed and with a bath not fit for purpose. The sealant has cracks/gaps as he didn’t fill the bath first, he left the plastic on the bath and sealed with with the plastic on so there is plastic in the seal. He lost part of the waste pipe so the plug does not work properly. We will need to get a new plumber to fix it and check it is correctly plumbed in and we do have faith in his workmanship
