Install New Toilet and Sink
The plumber carried out extremely poor workmanship, and I wasted £660. The installation was defective, which caused water to leak underneath the toilet, making it unusable. I had to report the issue to the plumber and was forced to keep the toilet locked until he returned almost two weeks later. When he eventually came back, he spent like ten minutes on the job and claimed it was fixed, informing my wife as I was not present. He then demanded a service charge, insisting incorrectly that the leakage was caused by us mopping the toilet floor. After several disagreements, I paid £60 out of £80 he requested but maintained that the problem was due to faulty installation. Unfortunately, just three days after he claimed to have fixed the issue, the leakage returned. I informed him immediately, but he failed to respond. Since then, the toilet has remained locked and unusable. Despite this, the leakage continues to this day, soaking the carpet around the toilet, as there is no way to isolate or shut off the water supply to the toilet.
