A very professional service, performed within an agreed timescale at a reasonable cost. As a remote landlord, Laurentiu provided me peace of mind that my tenant's reported concern would be managed within an acceptable schedule. Following an assessment visit, the quote Laurentiu provided was prompt and clear, itemizing all that was required meaning no 'surprises' later. Clear and regular communication kept both my tenant and I informed of what would happen and when, ensuring that my tenant's (hospital) work schedule was not interrupted. Pictures upon completion showed the finished work to be of a high standard while feedback from my tenant explained how happy they were with the results, and that the work area was left clean.
