Locate Main Water Supply and Repair Leak
⚠️ Poor experience. We agreed £140 for an emergency pipe leak, but he ended up charging me £350. He spent around 2.5 hours fitting a push-fit, but it was still leaking afterwards. When I contacted him, he said the job was done and told me not to call again. I had to get another plumber, who fixed it properly with a 22mm copper coupler and soldering in about 15 minutes. Very disappointed. Please be aware.
L&L No More Leaks Plumbing ServicesHi Daniel, (painter and decorator NOT HOME OWNER) At the time of booking I did mention it was £140 ph and if the pipe was accessible. You did state that it was and this would have taken 20 mins to fix and test. This unfortunately was not the case it was channeled into the wall and had a screw in the 22mm pipe that you had put through it. 1.On arrival i had to stop the water before any leak could be attended to. 2. On inspection the pipe work was not accessible and in very tight next to another pipe. 3.after cutting through plaster board and brick slightly making room to get to the leaking pipe I could cut and get some movement on the 22mm pipe 4. This where you and your dad left me with home owner 5. By now we had hit the second hour hence the more money 6. I had discussed with home owner about extra charge due to the time it had taken to make room to attach joins to repair your mistake which he was totally fine with and approved the next hour 7. Tested and no leaks 8. 24 hrs later no call from home owner (who has booked me for further work) reference any further issues 9.i did mention today that I was extremely busy and that if the home owner had any issues that he could call me and I would agree next steps In summary this was a 24 hr call out and I had no access to a store at 22:00 as they are closed. You did not state it was a 22mm pipe and I made safe and home owner could turn his water back on after your error. The home owner was happy and paid and couldn’t thank me enough
Fix Shower Leak and Regrout Tiles
Lee responded promptly and took time to explain what he thought was causing our shower issues. However, the work was superficial, consisting of a visual check before re-grouting and re-sealing the shower tray. The finish was a bit disappointing, leaving visible gaps, holes, and smeared residue. The underlying issues, including a protruding wall tile and an intermittent sewage smell, were left unaddressed. Overall, the cost did not justify what was actually done.

Install New Washing Machine and Remove Old
Excellent service and Lee came within less than 30mins. He took the old washing machine away and install the new washing machine and drill a small hole for the plug to come through. He check the washing machine and made sure there is no leak anywhere. I rate him very highly and recommend him for the plumbing jobs.
