What a great company to use. Lee provided excellent communication as I am a landlord that doesn’t live in the area. Explained the issue at hand. Sent before and after pictures of him and the team fixing the issues and was available to speak throughout the process. He even provided a guarantee on his work for a length of time. Couldn’t expect a better service on this platform.
Unblock Toilet Paper Clogged Toilet
Great service from LJB, Lee and Mason attended the blocked toilet and used several methods to clear the blockages and make sure everything was back working. Also spotted some other issues and gave good advice. They were very careful to keep the mess to a minimum and cleared up well. Top marks. Thoroughly recommend LJB for this type of work.

Repair Leaking Washing Machine
Ashley responded quickly to my request and came within the hour. He was friendly and professional informing me of all that was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The job turned out to be quite challenging and Ashley was here for over 4 hours. He also required assistance , so Lee also came for around 2 hours. The work was completed and all is well now. I have to say that for the quick response and for the resolution of the problem on Saturday evening Ashley and Lee are exceptional.
Urgent Water Leak Inspection
Lee was excellent. I am an hours drive away but Lee arrived within 90 minutes and found a blockage under an outside manhole cover. That has been cleared and now we monitor to see whether damp patches on carpet dry up.
