Steve Harding, the gas engineer, arrived at the appointed time and carried out the work in a clean and effective manner at reasonable cost. There were no issues with the annual servicing of our gas boiler and he also went onto to service our gas fire and, once again, there were no issues and he provided Safety Certificates for both appliances.

He was supposed to arrive on Sunday between 5 and 6. I had agreed to this as it was convenient for HIM because he was already in the area. I had spoken verbally to him on the phone in person on the Friday. I had to come into hospital so my son went up and sat and waited but the guy never turned up. I called him and he replied he had tried to call , got no answer so didn’t even go to the house. I apologised to my son for him having to wait up there for nothing and appointment rearranged for today. My son has gone up there once more, waited and once again the guy hasn’t turned up, I called, he said yes be there in 10 minutes. Now ignoring then blocked my calls. If he had said he did not want the job after all fair enough, but to do this a second time is point blank rude and unprofessional. Please, not think he won’t do this to you too….I have been overly nice and friendly the whole way through We rearranged

Gas Boiler
We needed a heating engineer ASAP and Steve from Lincolnshire heating services contacted us by phone and gave us a time of arrival. He updated dated us all the way. When he arrived he was really personable and sorted out our boiler straight away and this was Sunday evening at 8pm. He checked all our radiators to make sure they were working before leaving. We will highly recommend this company and will be using them in future projects on our renovation of our house.
