Disappointed. Terry is nice fella to talk to, but when it comes to the business the question is: would I recommend him? The answer is one big NO. He promises, quotes a job that he is not even near able to do. Or If you really want to hire him then my advice will be do not pay even a penny before the job is done, do not make the same mistake like I did. I’ve lost £200 paying for materials. He decided to give up in the middle of the work because he realised is not skilled to finish what he promised and left the house in a lot worse state then before. Also very untidy, my car was parked on the driveway and on the end was covered with little spots of paint all-over. Trading Standards report in action now on.

Lilcole Decoratorsnot once did i say i would be doing any rendering for this man,especially for the price i gave him.i explained that i will try and use exterior filler and try and repair his external on the property.i sealed the property and used weathershield on most of the house 2 coats ,we then noticed that most of his render had blown.so i decided i was going to re-render his property in these areas although suggested it to be fully taken back and completely rendered again.he said it looks nice at the top (the work we had done) and didnt realise the walls were this bad!! so i said everything im doing now is a waste of time and i dont want to be held accountable for unsafe render. and he should get someone out to have a look at it. he then said thankyou for your honesty .i never charged this man a penny i worked at his property for a couple of days for free and i paid workers out of my own pocket.i wouldnt trust doing any work at his property considering on google he has gave 4 companys all 1 star out of 5 reviews,dont trust this man stay clear!!
