Lee called very quickly in response to my request. Gave me a quote over the phone and agreed to complete the work at the weekend (Sat am). Arrived early but not at the crack of dawn, checked the requirements before starting then got on with the job. Was friendly but not over the top. Completed the work, left everywhere tidy. Have asked for some more quotes for other work as I'd definitely use him again.
