Excellent communication. Matt spent a great deal of time preparing the work. This took a large proportion of time the job took to complete. I was advised when things weren't going as planned and discussion was held as to the best course of action to take. The house looks so much improved, which is what I wanted. The job took longer than expected, but we were unlucky with the weather and problems encountered during the work, but was able to overcome these satisfactorily.
