Ani was very professional. He did a consultation where we discussed what the job was, how it would need to be done and the materials he would need. After the visit he gave me a quote which I agreed to. We arranged a date. He was late for the job but informed me that he was delayed. There was a problem with his original approach which wasn’t his fault. This required extra materials. I knew there would be an additional cost but there was no discussion what that would be. After the materials were bought I would have preferred knowing at that point how much was needed rather than the last few minutes before he left. The quality of his work is very good and I have already recommended him to a friend. I am happy with my outside tap.
