Decking or Slabbing and New Fencing
I advertised on this platform, requiring renewal of all garden fencing and whole garden to be tiled with porcelain. Chris came to my home and after discussions around how the work would be done, I was happy for him to start the work. He explained that there would be a delay as he was very busy, but I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and was prepared to wait for 5 weeks. 2 weeks before the 5 weeks was up I messaged him to ask if he could bring me some sample tiles for me to chose the colour I wanted, as previously discussed and agreed, and to arrange a potential start date in a couple more weeks. Chris did not reply, so I tried ringing him, he did not pick up. I text again and tried ringing again but no response. I was extremely disappointed in this behaviour and feel that ‘ghosting’ customers is unacceptable. He only had to offer an explanation, and I would have been ok with it as I understand things change. In effect I lost a month of time where we had excellent weather where I could have had someone else to do the job. For these reasons I would not recommend using this company for any work at all as Chris proved to be totally unreliable and unprofessional.
Lcc landscapingTotally agree with comments, should have let Jan know couldn't carry out work due to circumstances over last couple of months, Should add no work was carried and no payments taken, No contracts signed and no start date agreed. All work we have carries out has good feedback But do agree got this one wrong
Replace Old Decking and Joists
Chris and his team did a great job replacing our decking and fencing, as well aa clearing the garden

Did an excellent job on my patio and fencing. Good communication, friendly, feel safe having Chris and his team around my home/garden, thinks outside the box and goes above and beyond
Replace Concrete Base and Edging
From start to finish this company was excellent. Chris the owner kept us fully updated on everything, plus he made a suggestion on how to improve the project which we hadn’t thought of but used. His two operatives were precise in everything they did, and the job was completed to the highest standard. They cleaned up every day and excess rubbish was cleared from the site promptly.
Install 8.1m Wooden Garden Fence
Great communication and was able to meet a short deadline and the quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend Chris and the team you won't be disappointed
