Appalling, I would give a score less that 1 if I could! Avoid at all costs! The company initially gave a fair, in-person quote for the job I had detailed and a date and time was scheduled for completion. No one arrived for this appointment, when I contacted the company to find out why, they made an excuse of 'waiting for a tool to complete a different job' and said they would be round within an hour. Within this hour I received a text to say that 'due to traffic restrictions',they would now be coming in the afternoon. I replied to the text asking for confirmation of a time and got no response. No one arrived that afternoon and when I attempted to ring the company, I got the answerphone each time. I left a message but still received no response. I am extremely disappointed, this is unacceptable behaviour from a 'trustworthy' company.
