Appalling, I would give a score less that 1 if I could! Avoid at all costs! The company initially gave a fair, in-person quote for the job I had detailed and a date and time was scheduled for completion. No one arrived for this appointment, when I contacted the company to find out why, they made an excuse of 'waiting for a tool to complete a different job' and said they would be round within an hour. Within this hour I received a text to say that 'due to traffic restrictions',they would now be coming in the afternoon. I replied to the text asking for confirmation of a time and got no response. No one arrived that afternoon and when I attempted to ring the company, I got the answerphone each time. I left a message but still received no response. I am extremely disappointed, this is unacceptable behaviour from a 'trustworthy' company.

Install Bird Repellent Spikes
AVOID AT ALL COSTS L & C Property Services, Newark on Trent. They came and fitted bird repellent spikes to my roof around 6-8weeks ago. After a few days sections of the spikes kept falling off the roof. They came back and re-fixed the sections which had come loose. They continued to fall off. There are now more sections in the guttering and on the patio than remaining on the roof. Some sections had been put on in 2 inch strips. This has been completely useless as a job and a total waste of money. The workman is now impossible to contact as his phone just goes to voicemail and he doesn’t return calls. Took cash payment so I have no recourse to report to bank or credit card provider. I am left out of pocket and with the job having been useless.

Turned up at my house uninvited, but quote was competitive and they removed old fence panels immediately.
Secure Guttering, Repair Leak
Turned up at short notice and was helpful and polite. Got the job done quickly.
Fencing & Gates - Wooden
Disgraceful. Twice they gave me a day and a time to come and quote for the job. They did not turn up or phone to apologise or explain.
