Roof Repair
Roof Right was very professional and very clear in explanation of the fault, showed us where the fault lied and how to repair it. Immediate repair was done and leak should no longer exist. Job well done.

Samuel attended to a roof job very promptly and completed the job within 2 days. He was helpful polite and courteous at all times. Regarding the pricing of the job, I thought I was getting a final total figure but Samuel later told me that he had quoted for two different jobs separately and the total was almost 50% higher. It would be best if he told customers the total cost as this is what we need to know with rather than piecemeal prices.

I found the team to be very approachable and polite. No time wasted at all. Furthermore, very decent price for the job. Work done in good time and with no stress to the customer. They just finished today and the completed job looks very good.
Roof Cleaning
I posted a job to have the moss cleaned from my roof, to prevent it falling into the gutters and causing overflows. Samual from Roof Right Solutions was knowledgeable and professional. He explained clearly to me what the problem was and suggested a solution I’d read about on Myjobquote, which was reassuring. While cleaning the roof, he found some other problems, which he photographed to show and discuss with me, to give me the option of including them. Once finished, they photographed the roof again, to show me what had been done and cleaned up any mess that had fallen to the ground. This was all done for a reasonable price and then tested by the excessive rainfall that came a day or two later. A job well done.
Refelting
Samuel had 2 very good guys working with him and they did a thorough job. As it has only rained once since the roof was replaced by him I cannot give him more than 4 stars but happy to upgrade following further testing. I know can do both small and bigger roof jobs.
