LAbuilding we are a professional and reliable company who works to very high standards, these standards have helped us to build up an excellent reputation with regards to all work. We specialize in interior and exterior refurbishments, renovations, plumbing, bathroom specialist and kitchen fitting, all aspects of carpentry, decorating and many more. We do general restoration including structural alterations, repairs, leak fixing, flooring, windows, doors and etc.
We specialize in Full refurbishments including Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments (wetroom specialist), plastering, tiling and carpentry. All aspects of works undertaken - electrics, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating etc.
All quotes are FREE. Visits for quick fixes are No-Fix-No-Fee.
We have UK accreditation in health and safety, first aid and completed courses working with power tools necessary to trade professionally. We are fully insured.
Our electricians are NICEIC, heating engineers/plumbers - Gas Safe registered.

Graeme had a few unfortunate issues and was unable to turn up on the first day and was late on the second, however these seemed to be genuine and he offered a goodwill gesture in return. His work on installing a new shower for old was excellent, he uses good quality materials like sealant and filler, so that it is durable and accessible, if every required. I supplied the parts which he was familiar with installing to specification. He also changed a second shower hose assembly and repaired a cartridge assembly in a third recessed shower. I'd recommend him to others, he takes great pride in his work and leaving the place in a clean state.

The job was fairy small , it was to replace a both and, taps and shower screen and made good. The plumber Graeme, contacted us within a few hours and came out that evening to give an estimate. he contacted us the following say with a formal Quote which was slightly higher then the estimate but this was due to the cost of the fittings and fixtures. The labour didn't change and he arranged to come a on the Saturday 3 days later. The job was completed in good time but wasn't rushed. The bath , panel and the sealing looks excellent . Graeme was a tidy worker and left no mess when he left. he was a lovely guy and I would recommend him . his work was good, clean and he paid attention to detail.
