Kirk was very prompt in responding to my posted job, identified the cause of a leaking shower unit & planned the work. Kirk responded to ongoing problems & was flexible with his time to suit us which was very helpful. Completed the work efficiently, thoroughly & expertly. Slightly hampered by his temporary lack of his van, so had to pick up parts myself (not a problem at all). Very satisfied with the work & how pleasant Kirk himself was. Would use again.
