Refelt Roof with Proper Slope
Awful experience, re-felt flat roof, felt not applied or sealed properly, job "finished" in the afternoon by the evening it started to rain, water running in through the kitchen, boiler cupboard into the boiler itself, water damage across kitchen and hall ceilings and walls. Contractor arrived back the next day to reseal the roof. Neighbours property also had water ingress, local authority had to be called out as emergency. Contractor admitted it wasn't done properly, said he'd have someone check my boiler was ok and has ceilings etc looked at. I had to pay to have my boiler re-commissioned. Kingdom Roofline has made no attempt to provide redress for the damaged, I was left without hot water or heating for a week. Shocking way to treat people. Should not be allowed to trade.
