Repair and Refresh Front Door Step
The two workmen who came initially appeared competent and made reasonable suggestions for the new step and tiling, which they then supplied and installed. Unfortunately, within days of the work being completed, the tiles began to fail. Three of the five tiles came off the step entirely, leaving it in the poor condition shown in the photographs. I contacted the tradesman repeatedly. He initially said he would return to inspect the step and make it secure, but he never followed through. Despite numerous reminders by text and email, he has ignored my messages and made no attempt to rectify the defective work. This has been a very disappointing experience. The workmanship was plainly substandard, and the complete lack of aftercare or responsibility has left us feeling badly let down. On that basis, we would give a very low rating.
