We are a Professional Building business covering LANCASHIRE
and CHESHIRE EAST. We have all our times served tradesmen and EIC and NIC Electicians and Gas Safe Plumbers to undertake work for our Company. We build medium to large Domestic Extensions for the discerning customers and we have a long list of very large Commercial Contract we have built and Refurbished for our Wealthy Clients.We work closely with Building Control Architects Structural Engineers the highways Department and the Environmental Health department for our clients peace of mind.

Cost was around £280.00, but excellent work completed within agreed timescale.

KDC BUILDJohn bought all his own choice of expensive materials I.e door door lock and door handle and hinges all of luxury quality. We charge him around £80 to fit the door as it needed specialist fitting techniques to fit it correctly
