* Wiping any picture frames
* Dusting lampshades
* Cleaning any decorative objects
* Wiping and dusting the window blinds
* Cleaning all light switches.
* Wiping down all skirting boards.
* Vacuuming and mopping the floor in all
* Emptying and re-bagging the bins all the bins
* General Tidying up
*Refrigerator cleaning
*Dish washing ( cutlery polishing if required)
*Emptying out and thoroughly cleaning all shelves and cupboards
*Intensive Bathroom & toilet cleaning
*All kitchen appliances and oven cleaning
*Cabinet and cupboard dusting and cleaning
*Floor cleaning ( vacuuming and mopping)
*Window cleaning (interior only)
* Interior and exterior doors including sliding doors

Plus any other cleaning required and discussed prior to service begins.

–One-Off Regular Cleaning
Is not a deep clean and does not include cleaning inside of the fridge, oven or dishwasher, or the insides of cupboards and drawers.

–End-of-Tenancy Cleaning
End-of-tenancy cleaning is as comprehensive and intensive as deep cleaning but might include other extras as it follows the exact guidelines of the end-of-tenancy checklist supplied to you by your landlord or agency.
My service will ensure that you receive your rental deposit back in full meeting the required standards.

Depending on the size and pristineness
(upon arrival) of the property, End of Tenancy and Deep Cleaning usually takes anywhere between 2—6 hours.
Prices Range from £130 (1 bedroom flat with normal cleanliness level) to £450 ( 4 bedroom with normal cleanliness level).

***Extra charges apply if carpet shampooing is required.

—Cleaning Service for Airbnb & Other Holiday Homes
I offer a cleaning service for holiday rentals ( Airbnb etc), this comprehensive cleaning is to meet the Airbnb expectations after guests have left and new ones are expected hence ensuring the property is immaculate and welcoming and you maintain very good reviews on cleanliness.
This cleaning includes, if requested to do so, going through the inventory list and checking that all appliances are present, up to standard and operating and that all lights are functioning. But also decorating or shopping to accommodate your guests, and key handover to guests if required.

The cleaning service starts at £45 for 2 hours. Every further hour is £14.
