Kitchen & Utility Tile Removal
- The price was ok. - Quality of work was 3 out 10. This is because he didn’t return as agreed to complete the task. We completed this ourselves (filling and sanding of a damaged section (caused by Kalvin’s colleague). The rendering was not flat and even so needed lot of after work from ourselves to fill and sand it before painting. Damage was caused to grid switch fittings, which had to be replaced. - cleanliness was 4 out of 10. The bulk of plaster was taken away but a lot of cleaning required after the job. - Communication was 9/10 as Kalvin was mostly friendly. He called and visited to review the job.

Bathroom plastering
Amazing work! Really friendly, full of helpful advice for after the the plaster was dry and what we should do. Done in the time stated....Will definitely be asking Kalin to help us for any other plastering jobs.

When I spoke to Kalvin about what I was looking for he was able to give me different options and talk me through each one which was very helpful. He is extremely friendly and has a good way to explain things. He is proactive in communication, keeps his word, does the job he said he would and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I would definitely recommend Kalvin in the trade and would use him again in the future!
