He came to see the job and gave me the price with the material cost .I asked him to give me price without the material and list of materials he needs . He sent me the list of materials and also the price but the price was higher than the one with material. We agreed price in the end as I should finish the work urgently. He changed the starting date from Monday to Tuesday which I said ok but he didn’t pick up the phone on Monday and he didn’t come to the job on Tuesdays without saying anything . He also turned off his mobile . He is NOT professional and respectful .
