I was originally told that the job would take a week to complete, and we agreed for an initial deposit and then the remaining amount upon completion. The job ended up taking 3 weeks to complete, some of that because people turned up at 10am and left by 1pm so on average 3 hour days. Cans of monster and bottles of water were left behind which I cleared. I was asked twice for the remaining money to be paid early before the job was complete. Also, part of the quote was 'removal of waste', but I'm almost 3 weeks after the job was completed and a pile of waste is still here. 4 times I've been told someone is coming for it but they haven't. But the job itself has turned out OK.
