Punctual, respectful, and tidy from start to finish. They completed the garden clearance exactly as requested and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.
Weed Removal and Soil Preparation
I needed my raised garden weeded and filled with 7 tons of top soil and compost and my pergola posts sanding down. He also laid a few flags that I asked him to do. John quoted me a fair price and set the dates. He was on the ball from the get go. Kept in communication and updated me on the delivery. He arrived early and got stuck in immediately. Him and his mate worked like machines all day. I cannot fault his work or his work ethics! Friendly, helpful, kept me in the loop on what he was doing and asked questions when he wasnt sure. He even offered to do extra bits that he hadn't quoted for. Im immensely happy with the result and highly recommend him! Will definitely use his services again in the future. All the best John!
Weeding, Pruning, and Pressure Washing
We were extremely pleased with John and his colleague at JT Concept services. They turned up when they said they were going to arrive and no hanging around on getting the job in hand done. They were straight in ' cleared all of the weeding and shrubs as requested' and trimmed the tree in the front garden. Jet washed all the back flags and the front concrete path. We are that happy with their work Ive asked if They can return next month' to Fill in the cracks of the flags' snd they are happy to fo this. Remove Decking and Repair Walls
I am so pleased with the work - old patio raised decking removed, lower walls pointed and secured plus brand new paved decking laid. John gave excellent advice and both he and his son were both really good workers, arriving when they said and they removed all waste and cleaned up when finished plus both were very polite I will definitely use their service again and I would highly recommend them.
