As we are selling the house we asked Josh about the Electric certificate. He was well informed and helpful. He also told us that he was able to do the necessary requirements and upon completion issue the certificate. He repaired the kitchen light and also another minor fault that we had forgotten about. He found that there was a fault and thought it would be a quick and simple job to correct, unfortunately that was not the case and the job took a lot longer than anticipated. He kept us informed of what he was doing and why and he only charged us the agreed price for the certificate. We would highly recommend him and we will certainly be calling on him after we have moved if we need his service.
