Repair Leaking and Blocked Gutters
When I put out a job request, JRM ROOFING was the first that contacted me so I was happy, I told them to come and have a look at the roof. They climbed on the roof and they gave me a quote of £1400 in total and I paid immediately, the neighbour on my right side also told them to look at his roof, they did, now my neighbour on the left , nothing was wrong with his roof but when JRM went up on the roof, they messed everything up. We did not notice on time because it did not rain. We noticed 2 days later when it rained ? we called JRM, they promised to come over the next day to fix all the roof, maybe they will come over tomorrow. This has been going on since the 19th of April, one story after another. Please I will advice nobody should use them as they will mess up your work. I regret the day I gave them the work, it affected me mentally because I had to work hard to raise the money.

jrm rooflineWe try to keep our customers happy. We go back when there is if there is an issue. Unfortunately, this customer, we've done everything what you wanted to be done and the problem was with front guttering what was wooden we informed there but we could not guarantee a sealant because of the condition of guttering. The customer accepted that we put some liquid seal to seal gaps in wood guttering continue to leak. We told this customer that we wasn't going to guaranteed the work on the guttering because it was corroded and it was beyond usable out of courtesy, we called back to see an explained to this customer unfortunately we cannot keep some people happy regards , Mike
