Jason tried to skim my rated ceiling found a problem, left the room in a mess. I unfortunately paid him after the first visits because of his promises. Didn't turn up at the next agreed date. , but sent Dave with a small pot of paint. Had to use my paint because he ran out, but left the ceiling in a worse state than before they started. Jason also asked for an advance on another job he had quoted for. Which I stupidly gave to Dave. Since then they have not responded to my texts or phone calls. So I am out of pocket by £320 and a room which is in a worse condition than before he started. and a plasterer who will not communicate with me.
Decorative Cornicing / Plasterwork
He forgot to finish the window in the bathroom. He told us he was coming to finished it, but his van was broken. The last day he was here was on January 27th. When he left, we discoverd that our extension cable that he used, was missing. I tried to contact him immediately, so he didn't need to drive too long to bring it back. But now we still didn't received it back. I can understand that it was a mistake that he didn't finish the window in the bathroom, and that it was a mistake to take our stuff. But until now this problem is not resolved:-( We contact him several times, but still this problem is not solved. If he resolve this problem, I can write a new review.
Jr plasteringYou had an opportunity for me to come and sort it with the plumber and you wasn't available. The world does revolve around you and I also offered to refund you the money for extension cable.. my friend the plumber also wanted to quote for your bathroom and offered to do the windows as it's a 2 minute job and you didn't want him too.. you are by far the most rude and awkward customer I have ever dealt with, I've never had problems with anyone else.. I think the language barrier played a big part in this
