Small External Render Patch Repair
Excellent experience with Joys Plastering and would happily recommend him. I originally contacted him about a section of external render that had cracked and come away above a flat roof. Once the old render was removed, he explained clearly what had caused the problem and showed me that the previous render had been taken down over the roofing felt. Rather than simply recreating the same detail, he fitted a metal trim so the new render could terminate properly and sealed the junction afterwards. He kept me informed throughout, showed me what he was finding as the work progressed and explained the options rather than just covering things up. He also went out of his way to source an aggregate that was a closer match to the existing pebble-dash, rejecting alternatives that he felt would look wrong. The job ended up being larger than initially expected, but the price remained very reasonable. Knowledgeable, straightforward and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Very pleased with the work and would use him again.

Great Job, first class customer service and his attention to detail was second to none, job detailed one artex ceiling and a complicated stair box which he smashed in a day and at a great price of £280,do not hesitate with this guy, I'll be using him again without a shodow of a doubt!
