Fix Water Hammer Noise Issue
Great communication and came when stated. Could come quickly to look at the job, went and got parts for the job. It didn’t fix it completely but is much better and gave advice for next steps which I will do.
Fix Constantly Trickling Cistern
Ashley turned up on time, had a look, said I would need a new part for the cistern. He went away to get the part needed, came back about half hour later. Unfortunately the part wasn't in stock so had to be ordered and would be 2 days. I received a text 2 days later in the morning to tell me what time he could come to fit. As it turns out the place he ordered the part from had rang to tell him the part needed was no longer available, so he had to replace the full unit. He still only charged me for the agreed quote though, so was all fine. Very pleased with the work and will definitely use again if I have any other plumbing work to do.
