Firstly - Joseph responded promptly and consistently did what he undertook to do, on time and with proper communication. He respected our home. A large up-tick for leaving the property to have a lunchtime cigarette, without being requested to. Joseph cracked on, doing the job in less than the expected time. First class work ethic.
