Tile Around Door And Small Wall
This job is not finished but the only way I could write a review was to state it was. John came, gave me a price for doing the job which I accepted. He took away a tile to look for matching grout and trims. He did make an effort to find them but before a final decision was made he stopped answering my texts and doesn't answer the phone when I call. I even messaged him on this site, but no reply. He said he could start the job on Wednesday. Today is Friday, no communication and no show. When he came to price the job he said he would definitely come back to do the job as tradesmen had let him down in the past and he just wouldn't do that to anyone. He still has my tile, which is tantamount to theft. Very unprofessional!!!
