Full Small Bathroom & Shower Room Install
We originally requested a bathroom installation quote, which was provided. However, we first started JN Connection on refurbishing our garden as they assured us they could do the work. They started well. But things turned for the worse. Despite lots of promises about their quality of work and professionalism, they did not do a good and timely job on our garden. They built an expense shed, which still leaks. They laid artificial grass incorrectly - despite assurances that they knew what they were doing - but it’s now full of lumps with weeds growing around the sides. They mixed and laid concrete, which then had a patchy finish. They were full of excuses on why the work quality was low. In the end we had to stop the work early to avoid further errors. We requested a partial refund so we could pay someone to else to complete the job. Although JN connection promised to pay it, many weeks later we still don’t have it and they are now not answering messages. Glad we didn’t use them on our bathroom as the garden work was enough evidence that they weren’t the quality and professionalism of company that we wanted/needed. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Ceiling and Floor Repair
The work was completed at a professional standard and we were very happy with the outcome. It was also done very quickly and well within the quoted timeframe. Santiago and his team were very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Santiago was absolutely amazing and very professional. Although the furniture turned out to be way bigger than expected, Santiago was kind enough to continue with the work. Excellent workmanship and completely tidied afterwards. I would definitely recommend 👌.
