I regret, I am forced to write a negative review and would urge others not employ Jonathan. Sadly, upon completion of my recent works (fitting carpet, runner and a light fitting) it has come to light the works were not completely correctly, further works are required and Jonathan has blocked me on watts app and refuses to return my calls. A carpet runner was mistakenly not fitted to the end of the stairs. The carpet on the landing was not fitted with neither underlay nor adhesive spray, and there is a long tear across my skirting board, where it was negligently scarred with a blade. A new light fitting was fitted, this does not work. Please reach out to rectify these errors amicably, or I invite the site to take down the account until we reach a solution.
