Joe arrived on time and set to work in very challenging conditions to say the least (a sauna-like loft bedroom en-suite!). He's done an absolutely fantastic job - the finish is immaculate. He also identified a damp issue which he treated at no extra cost over and above his quote. I won't hesitate to contact Joe for any future work and would recommend him without hesitation.
